Do you accept pets?

We accept pets on a case by case basis. Additional rules apply to pets.

How can I reserve an apartment? How long will it be reserved?

Apartments are secured with a signed lease and payment of the deposit.

Are we allowed to hang things on the walls using nails or screws?

On walls, yes. Please consult our office if you have a special request.

What do you charge for water and electricity?

Water and electricity are charged at government rates plus a 20% administration charge

Can the apartment be rented with more furniture/less furniture?

Removing furniture is never a problem, but won’t result in reduced rent. Additional furniture can be negotiated.

Do you provide a cleaning service? Can I hire your housekeeping staff?

We do not provide a cleaning service. Our staff are prohibited from accepting jobs from tenants. Our tenants usually find that the pleasant maid’s quarters and good downtown location make hiring help easy.

Can I request a ‘diplomatic clause’?

Our leases can be terminated with 60 days written notice. Termination within the first 12 months results in forfeiture of the deposit.

What is included in the monthly rent?
